Quality Assurance (Remote)
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, First Shift, 8:00 AM -4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Location: Rockville, MD (REMOTE)

Quality Assurance job duties:

• Conduct regular quality assessments of calls handled by the support team to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in call handling processes and provide constructive feedback to representatives.
• Utilize analytical skills to pinpoint instances of non-compliance with policies and procedures and offer guidance for corrective action.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership to address quality-related concerns and implement improvements.
• Demonstrate autonomy in managing specific tasks or projects related to quality assurance initiatives. Quality Assurance requirements include:
  • Strong computer skills including data entry & typing
  • Previous experience in quality assurance or similar roles within a customer support or call center environment.
  • Must be extremely motivated, energetic, and personable
  • Willingness to submit to a background check and/or drug test
