Provides patient assessments, monitors treatment, collaborates, documents data pertinent to patient care and condition. /n/n /n/n REQUIREMENTS: /n/n /n/t - Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
