our team. We are seeking a Ready Mix Maintenance Analyst Intern for
Summer 2026 who is passionate about sustainability, driven by
curiosity and keen to grow, learn, develop and thrive in our
high-performance culture. This opportunity will be a 10-week, paid
internship beginning May 27th, 2026. A ready mix maintenance
analyst uses data to improve the maintenance of ready mix concrete
plants and equipment. This role involves analyzing maintenance
records to identify trends, ensuring the accuracy of data, and
creating reports to help understand expenditure and prevent
equipment failure. This internship will be based at our site in
Greenbelt, MD. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING /n /n - Data Analysis: Analyze
maintenance data to predict potential equipment failures and
improve maintenance strategies, including planning, spending, and
identifying potential cost savings. /n - Reporting: Generate
regular reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities,
and emerging trends to support informed decision-making and improve
operational efficiency. /n - Preventive Maintenance: Assist in
implementing and refining preventive maintenance schedules for
plant equipment and trucks to minimize downtime and extend asset
lifespan. /n - Spare Parts Management: Help manage the inventory of
critical spare parts based on equipment usage, performance trends,
and failure patterns. /n - Troubleshooting: Support the maintenance
team by analyzing issues and providing data-driven recommendations
and solutions. /n - Record Keeping: Ensure detailed and accurate
records of all maintenance activities are maintained, and explore
opportunities to implement automated systems to improve
record-keeping processes. /n /n WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /n We are
looking for enthusiastic students who meet the following criteria:
/n /n - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in
Engineering or related fields. /n - Strong analytical skills and
the ability to interpret data. /n - Proficiency with software and
other data management tools. /n - Willing to learn and understand
maintenance procedures for equipment. /n - Strong organizational
and communication skills. /n - Ability to work independently and as
part of a team. /n /n SCHEDULE AND ENVIRONMENT /n /n - Work
Schedule: This is an onsite role with a mandatory 40-hour work
week, Monday through Friday, working an 8-hour shift each day. /n -
In this internship position, you will be working in an office
environment. /n - You will be responsible for your own
transportation to and from your worksite for the summer. /n -
Throughout the duration of your internship, you may be required to
travel for site tours, shadow experiences, or intern events. /n /n
