Job Description Job Description Job Summary: This role provides an opportunity to work within the Global Capital Markets – Corporate Lending Product Control team, supporting the production of daily profit and loss (P&L) across multiple strategies. The analyst will reconcile business unit estimated P&L against firm sub-ledger P&L, investigate daily breaks, and gain exposure to corporate lending products, finance systems, and risk data flows. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Support daily P&L production for Corporate Lending strategies Reconcile business unit estimated P&L against firm sub-ledger P&L Identify, analyze, and resolve daily P&L breaks Develop understanding of corporate lending products and strategies Analyze finance and risk system data flows to investigate discrepancies Communicate findings and resolutions with stakeholders across teams Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Assist with process improvement initiatives within Product Control Required Skills: Basic understanding of financial products Above average proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: Experience with digital and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar platforms Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Experience: Entry-level candidates welcome Prior exposure to finance, accounting, or capital markets is beneficial but not mandatory Education: Bachelors Degree Company Description Compunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
