has a great opportunity for you to work with the Federal Government
as a Property Accounting Lead. This position is an on-site position
in Washington, D.C. The Property Accounting Lead manages property
accounting and ensures compliance with federal ?nancial regulations
for the client's assets. Responsibilities: Oversee property
accounting processes and internal controls. Ensure compliance with
federal ?nancial management standards. Coordinate with FSMS and
other ?nancial systems for accurate reporting. Prepare audit-ready
reports and documentation for leadership review. Support asset
lifecycle management and ?nancial reconciliation. Quali?cations:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related ?eld. CPA or
equivalent certi?cation preferred. Minimum 8 years of property
accounting experience. Knowledge of federal ?nancial management
systems and regulations. Strong attention to detail and analytical
skills.
