Job Description Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing industrial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing complex industrial builds, working with subcontractors, and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage all phases of industrial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders) Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance on all jobsites Monitor jobsite progress, quality, and productivity Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates Identify and resolve risks, issues, and field challenges Oversee procurement and project closeout documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience, with a strong focus on industrial construction Experience with manufacturing, warehouse, or processing facilities Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control Proficiency with project management software (Procore, P6, Smartsheets, or similar) Strong leadership and communication skills Preferred OSHA 30 certification Experience managing projects $15M PMP or CCM certification Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Pet Plan LTD and STD HSA Paid time off 401(k) and match Company paid Holidays Company training Paid Parental Leave Financial Planning Services PTO Monthly auto allowance Monthly cell phone allowance Company paid fuel card Paid per diem if traveling Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Job Location Mechanicsbug, PA 17055 EEO
