Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfax,
Virginia. The Customer Service Representative contract-to-permanent
position involves providing excellent customer service by managing
high volumes of incoming calls, supporting administrative tasks,
and assisting with payment processing. The ideal candidate will
thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and
attention to detail in all interactions. Responsibilities: • Handle
a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring prompt and courteous
responses to customer inquiries. • Assist with posting payments
accurately and efficiently to maintain financial records. • Perform
light administrative tasks such as mailing, scanning, and
organizing documents. • Collaborate with various departments to
provide support in day-to-day operations. • Manage email
correspondence, ensuring timely and detail-oriented communication.
• Enter data accurately into internal systems to maintain
up-to-date records. • Process orders and ensure details are
captured correctly within the system. • Participate in both inbound
and outbound call handling as needed to support customer needs. •
Maintain a customer-focused approach, addressing concerns and
resolving issues effectively. • Uphold company policies and
procedures to ensure consistent service quality • Minimum of 1 year
of experience in a customer service or call center role. •
Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls with
professionalism. • Strong data entry skills with high attention to
detail and accuracy. • Ability to handle email correspondence
effectively and professionally. • Experience in processing orders
and payments in a timely manner. • Excellent organizational skills
to perform administrative tasks efficiently. • Strong communication
and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with office equipment and basic software applications
for scanning and mailing tasks.
