Job Description:

Practical Nurse (GPN) to join our compassionate team. This role is
ideal for a recently graduated nurse looking to begin a rewarding
career in healthcare, providing direct nursing care under the
supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and other medical staff. The
successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to grow
professionally in a supportive environment that is committed to
promoting from within. Administer basic nursing care to patients
under the supervision of an RN, including monitoring vital signs,
and providing medication and injections. Assist with the
development and implementation of care plans. Record and maintain
accurate patient medical records. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery and
achievement of desired patient outcomes. Communicate with patients
and their families, providing empathetic support and information.
Participate in clinical reviews and training sessions to
continuously improve the quality of care. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to operate medical equipment Basic
understanding of patient care and safety standards Good time
management and organizational abilities Empathy and resilience in
handling patient needs Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Practical Nursing (PN) license
or eligibility to sit for the National Council Licensure
Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN) immediately after
