Job Description Job Description Top Job Located in Lancaster, PA Salary: $25-38 Maintenance Technician (Electrical) 2nd Shift & Weekend Shift Lancaster, PA $25-$38/hour (based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support facility and equipment operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and supporting equipment installations and process improvements. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and building systems Troubleshoot and repair issues involving: Electrical systems Hydraulics & pneumatics HVAC & plumbing Vacuum systems Carpentry, welding, and painting Install and modify new equipment as needed Support process improvement and engineering projects Maintain accurate maintenance documentation Participate in on-call rotation as required Assist with seasonal duties such as snow removal Follow all safety, compliance, and regulatory standards Qualifications High School Diploma required Specialized training, certification, or 2-year technical degree preferred 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance documentation What Makes You Successful Action-oriented and able to work independently with urgency Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance Creative problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset Team player who supports others when needed High integrity, reliability, and professionalism Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt Work Environment & Physical Requirements Manufacturing environment with machinery and moderate noise Frequent standing, bending, stooping Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 1706-2 Express Office: Lancaster 1380 Harrisburg Pike Suite A Lancaster, PA 17601
