this dynamic role, you will play a critical part in assembling
complex electrical systems and harnesses that power next-generation
aircraft and aerospace technologies. Utilizing your advanced skills
in wire termination, component installation, and troubleshooting,
you'll ensure precision and quality at every step-helping our

the rest. What You Will Do /n - Constructs and installs electrical
components, equipment, systems, and networks. Attaches wire or
complicated electrical systems to fixtures and accessories such as
transformers, instrument panels, and switchboards with fasteners.
May monitor and verify quality in accordance with quality
specification. /n - Works under general supervision. Receives some
direction on normal work activities and general instructions on new
assignments or activities. /n - Has substantial understanding of
the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range
of tasks Demonstrates complete understanding and wide application
of technical principles, theories, and concepts. Developing
knowledge of related disciplines. /n - Relies on limited experience
and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and solve
problems. Work consists of tasks that are typically routine, with
some discretion required. /n - Provides solutions to a variety of
technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. May support
experimental work to optimize processes. /n - Delivers on
day-to-day objectives with direct impact on achievement of results
for job area. May provide guidance, coaching, and training to other

Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US)
or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a
