For more information, please visit: ResponsibilitiesConsultants in this role will support program management and business operations and may provide:

  • Provide instructional design and curriculum development utilizing ADDIE model
  • Conduct planning for public engagement training to build staff competence in public speaking and facilitation skills
  • Develop performance requirements and measurable training outcomes for training resources and programs.
  • Develop and execute an organizational annual training plan
  • Develop course content and resources
  • Conduct train the trainer sessions and develop job aides and guidance for effective techiques for delivering training and public engagement. QualificationsThe following qualifications are REQUIRED to be considered for this role:
    • Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire.
    • 3+ years of full-time professional experience in training, curriculum development, and coaching professional skills and public speaking.
    • Minumum of 3+ years of experience supporting Federal agencies, in conducting training and coaching, and curriculum development
    • Strong critical thinking, written, and oral communication skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to lead training program strategy and planning.
    • Ability to pass a Public trust background check.
    • US citizenship is contractually required.The following experience/education/skills are PREFERRED to be considered for this role:
      • MA or MS degree in political science, public policy, business administration, economics, international affairs, public administration, or related field.
      • Demonstrates ability to conduct training and develop curriculum.
      • Experience utilizing the ADDIE model for organizational design and training development.
