Description

The Arc Central Chesapeake Region supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to live, work, and connect with their communities.

Technology is a key pillar of The Arcs day-to-day operations. We rely on the systems and programs in place to track, support, and store important information across the organization.

As the Data & Reporting Manager, you are responsible for the management, use, and integration of organizational technology and platforms. The Data & Reporting Manager will facilitate data generation and reports, will implement protocols and processes to extract data efficiently and correctly, and support relevant team members. The Data & Reporting Manager will work with department heads to understand the needs of each department and track/analyze results using a variety of dashboards and reports. The Data & Reporting Manager will specifically support the Director of Innovation & Improvement in the management of The Arcs data reporting needs around Results-Based Accountability measures.

The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining and managing large data sets and understand best practices around preparing, summarizing, distributing, and identifying trends and correlations in reports. The candidate must be someone who can guarantee that data is accessible, usable, and stored according to HIPAA and PHI requirements.

This role requires a bachelors degree in information technology or a related field along with three years of data management, analytic reporting, and data visualization experience. Experience using Power BI is strongly preferred. The annual salary is $67,500 and comes with a competitive benefits package, ongoing professional development, and education assistance.
