Job Number: R0190975 Civil Cyber Engineer, Senior Vice President
Key Role: Serve as a senior technical cybersecurity leader for the Civil business group focused on architecture and design efforts of innovative cybersecurity solutions and service offerings to protect federal networks and modernize .gov platformsBuild relationships with market clients, leadership and key executivesFocus on the near-term growth strategy for new task orders for security engineering, network operations, Zero Trust architecture and post quantum encryption servicesPartner with firm-wide Cyber team across engineering and cyber solutioning effortsOversee the technical delivery of complex integration efforts, manage deliverables, and manage program financials, schedules and risk itemsInterface with clients and staff and lead large, diverse teams of technical staffMaintain relationships and understanding of key cybersecurity technology software vendors and service providers in support of developing best-in-class solutions for clientsDevelop whitepapers and proposals and other client-ready materials to market innovative solutions and contribute subject matter expertise in developing multi-year planning effortsBasic Qualifications:--- 15+ years of experience with leading the development of cybersecurity solutions for federal government clients--- 10+ years of experience in leading large federal cybersecurity technology programs with large teams of > 50 FTE--- Ability to obtain a security clearance--- Bachelor's degree or 15+ years of experience with leading cybersecurity delivery programs for government clients in lieu of a degree Additional Qualifications:--- Experience with security engineering and network design--- Experience with implementing enterprise Zero Trust architectures--- Experience with Security Operations Centers and Network Operations Centers--- Experience with federal software ATO processes--- Experience as a senior government executive leading large cybersecurity programs or as a contract program manager for major federal cybersecurity programs--- Knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework--- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills--- Master's degree--- CISSP or other cybersecurity certifications Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified informationCompensation
