A Top CPA firm in the -Baltimore, MD -area is looking to add a -Tax Manager -to their team. - This stable and growing firm offers clients valuable knowledge and expertise in tax. - Due to the recent growth of the firm, there is an opportunity for a -Tax Manager -to join a team of highly motivated staff. -Tax Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing processes for clients.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Review and analyze complex tax issues and provide recommendations.
• Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients on tax-related matters.Tax Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's -Degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA (Preferred)
  • 5 years of proven experience in public accounting
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Tax Manager Compensation:
    • $100,000-160,000
