The Nurse Educator monitors and evaluates clinical practice trends and patient outcomes. Coordinates performance improvement activities to promote excellent patient care and outcomes. Develops ongoing education program for staff based on results of quality improvement data, risk reduction strategies/patient safety initiatives and evidence based practice. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required Maryland Registered Nurse (RN). 2-4 years of relevant experience. American Heart Association CPR (BLS).
