Job Description HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 08/10/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel WellSpan VNA Home Care (locals accepted at slightly lower pay) 1. Timing: 8 am to 4:30 pm 2. Location: Ephrata County – could cross county lines if patient care deemed necessary 3. 1 year experience required with BLS 4. Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Wellspan guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis. *Manager will interview Job Description: Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span of the assigned patient population. Assesses and interprets patient age specific data and provides appropriate, age specific treatment. Provides direct patient care to assigned patient age group(s). - Demonstrates a commitment to patient, visitor, and staff by: complying with all applicable safety regulations; learning the impact of medical errors and methodology that will lead to reduction of errors; reporting actual and potential errors, as well as hazardous conditions; identifying opportunities to standardize processes and "error proof" systems that will lead to increased safety; and participating in safety education programs and root cause analyses as required. - Enhances professional growth and development through advanced/continuing education to maintain up-to-date knowledge, skills, and competencies. - Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment, safety, environmental and infection control standards. - Provides outstanding service to all customers using caring behaviors; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.
