Doctor of Medicine | Radiology - Interventional Location: Concordville, PA Employer: VieMed Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Join Our Team as a Locum - Physician - Radiology - Diagnostic in Glen Mills, PA Are you an experienced Radiologist seeking a rewarding locum opportunity to utilize your skills and make a meaningful impact in diagnostic imaging? We are looking for a dedicated Physician to provide exceptional radiology services in a dynamic healthcare setting. This position offers the flexibility of day shifts and a competitive hourly rate, perfect for professionals committed to advancing patient care through cutting-edge imaging technology. What You Will Do: Perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures including XR, CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine. Manage subspecialty case mixes such as ER, Fluoroscopy, Nuclear Medicine, Neurology, Pediatrics, and Mammography. Conduct light interventional radiology procedures including biopsies (thyroid, lung, liver, bone, renal), CT-guided interventions, and US-guided drainages. Assist with lumbar punctures, myelograms, epidural procedures, and joint injections across multiple joints. Handle an estimated volume of 90-100 cases per 8-hour shift with expected wRVUs of 60-70. Required Skills: Valid medical license in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain one promptly. Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology. Proven experience with a broad spectrum of imaging modalities and interventional procedures. Strong understanding of safety protocols and patient care standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Nice to Have Skills: Certification in subspecialty areas such as Nuclear Medicine, Pediatric Radiology, or Interventional Radiology. Prior experience in a hospital setting with a high-case volume. Proficiency in PACS and other radiology information systems. Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of a radiology residency program. Minimum of 2 years post-residency clinical experience as a Radiologist. Other Requirements: Availability to work onsite during the assigned shift. Ability to handle a high-pressure environment with efficiency. Willingness to comply with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including E-Verify.
