Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This contract opportunity is
for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with school experience,
specializing in supporting students with severe behaviors in K-8
settings. The role is based in an elementary school environment in
Red Lion, PA, serving multiple schools within the district. Key
Qualifications and Experience: Valid Registered Behavior Technician
(RBT) certification is required. Previous experience working as an
RBT within a school setting, preferably serving students with
severe behavioral needs. Ability to float between schools and work
effectively across multiple environments. Must work under the
supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Location:
Elementary schools in the Red Lion area, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans designed to
support students with severe behavioral challenges. Provide
consistent and compassionate support in classrooms and other school
settings. Collaborate closely with educators, BCBAs, and other
staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes. Maintain accurate
and confidential documentation of interventions and student
progress. Adhere to district policies and grant requirements.
Benefits and Work Conditions: Contract position lasting through the
current school year, ending June 4, 2026. Full-time hours, Monday
through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM (up to 37.5 hours weekly).
Supervision by a BCBA is provided externally. The position is
grant-funded. Qualified candidates with RBT certification and
relevant school experience are encouraged to submit their resume
