Occupational Therapist Location: Gaithersburg, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,514 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Occupational Therapist Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: M-F Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum years of experience preferred License: Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing Certifications: CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) Must-Have: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Description: Travel Occupational Therapist 13-week assignment available. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys working with older adults. You will provide care in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing, personal care, and independent living. Your role will include delivering high-quality evaluations and treatments for residents. You will develop and implement individualized plans to improve mobility, safety, and independence. Collaboration with an experienced rehab team, nursing staff, and healthcare partners will be essential. You are expected to document services effectively. Supporting a positive, resident-centered culture within the therapy department is a priority. Experience in senior care is preferred.
