Job Description:
Primary Care Physician Baltimore, MD We are currently seeking a
Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join our growing team. This
opportunity has opened due to a physician transition, and we are
looking for a dedicated provider who shares our mission of
improving lives through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Compensation and Benefits Annual Base Salary (New Graduate):
$250,000 incentive Bonus Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Medical, Dental,
and Vision Insurance PTO, CME Short- & Long-Term Disability Life
Insurance - One year of base salary, paid by Sage Health
Malpractice coverage including Tail Practice Highlights: On-site
labs, EKG, and echocardiogram Supported by a robust care team
including nurses, MAs, case managers, social workers, and community
outreach specialists Continuous professional training in
value-based care Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited
medical school Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal
Medicine or Family Medicine Active or eligible Mississippi medical
license
