Doctor of Medicine | Urology Location: Harrisburg, PA Employer: Curative Pay: $475 to $500 per hour Start Date: ASAP About the Position LocumJobsOnline is working with Curative to find a qualified Urology MD in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17101! Urology Inpatient Coverage - Open to IMLC Physicians in Pennsylvania Take advantage of this inpatient Urology opportunity in Pennsylvania where you can manage your own schedule through dedicated block rotations. Highlights 60-day credentialing with temporary privileges available High earning potential for specialized surgical coverage Open to IMLC Physicians for faster licensing Malpractice insurance and travel accommodations provided Practice Setting 165-bed inpatient medical facility 95% adult and 5% pediatric patient population Solo coverage model with APP support for initial triage Light weekday volume with increased weekend surgical activity Schedule Minimum 7 consecutive shifts per month required Block scheduling available - 7-on/7-off rotations preferred 24-hour call coverage with 30-minute response time Only a few summer blocks still available Procedures and Cases General Urology consults and emergent surgeries Performance of Cystoscopies and emergent torsion repairs Average of 10 cases per week Dedicated pediatric urologist available for complex non-emergent peds Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Urology Minimum 60 months of post-residency experience Valid ACLS and BLS certifications 50 case logs from the last 24 months required for credentialing Travel accommodations Full travel and lodging arrangements provided Rental car or mileage reimbursement included Comprehensive credentialing support from our internal team I would love to share more specifics about this block schedule; please reach out to discuss the details.
