Regions Hiring: Region 4: Manassas, Bristow, Gainesville, Haymarket, Nokesville, Bealton, Aldie, Centreville, Chantilly, South Riding, Middleburg Job Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist according to physician-approved plans of care Assist individuals in maintaining, restoring, and improving movement, activity, and function to enhance health, well-being, and quality of life Observe, record, and report patient responses and any changes in condition to the supervising PT, physician, and clinical staff Complete documentation for each visit in compliance with guidelines and regulatory standards Provide resources for future patient needs and promote wellness and prevention Why Work With Caregivers?
