MedStar Georgetown University Hospital is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team, focusing on adult rehabilitation. Assess patient conditions and needs to develop effective therapy treatment plans. Implement patient therapy interventions, evaluate progress, and make necessary adjustments. Maintain thorough patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and departmental standards. Collaborate with healthcare providers to integrate and optimize patient care. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventative measures. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to remain at the forefront of the field. Profound knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices. Ability to operate and instruct on the use of modern physical therapy equipment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
