PowerBack Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team, focusing on providing high-level, customized rehabilitation services. In this role, you will develop and administer therapies to help patients regain their mobility and strength post-surgery, injury, or serious illness. Using a variety of equipment and therapy techniques, you will assess patient needs, craft personalized treatment plans, and work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Ideal candidates are passionate about patient recovery and strive for excellence in rehabilitative services. Evaluate and analyze patient needs and develop appropriate rehabilitation programs. Track patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Educate patients and their families on treatments and therapy exercises. Maintain patient records and document therapy sessions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Implement therapeutic techniques for recovery, including physical, manual therapy, and exercise approaches. Proficient in various physical therapy techniques and equipment. Strong analytical skills to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans. Ability to communicate complex medical information to patients and their families clearly. Excellent collaboration skills to work with a multidisciplinary team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid state license to practice physical therapy. CPR certification preferred.
