Job Description Job Description We areseeking a flexible and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or NursePractitioner (NP) to join a high-volume Urgent Care practice serving theMartinsburg, West Virginia area. This position is ideal for advanced practiceproviders who enjoy a fast-paced environment and are able to accommodate arotating schedule. TheUrgent Care PA or NP will provide comprehensive care for patients presentingwith acute illnesses and minor injuries. The schedule consists of three 12-hourshifts per week, rotating to meet clinic needs. Candidates must have openavailability, including weekends and holidays. Theclinic operates 7 days per week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and is closed only on Thanksgivingand Christmas. ScheduleHighlights - 3 rotating 12-hour shifts per week - Coverage includes weekends and holidays - No overnight shifts - Consistent day/evening hours KeyResponsibilities - Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic conditions across the lifespan - Perform minor procedures and manage acute injuries and illnesses - Order and interpret diagnostic tests - Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care - Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation - Adhere to clinical protocols and quality standards Qualifications - Graduate of a CCNE-accredited nursing program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing - National certification through a recognized APRN certification body - Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of West Virginia - American Heart Association certifications required: - BLS - ACLS - ATLS
