Job Description Company Description Redner's Pharmacy Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist at Redner's Markets Inc., located in Blandon, PA. The Pharmacist will manage daily operations of the pharmacy, including preparing and dispensing medications, reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, counseling customers on drug usage, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory, supervising pharmacy staff, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, drug composition, and medical interactions Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania Ability to provide patient consultation and educate about medication usage Attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and strong organizational skills Proficiency in using pharmacy-related technology and managing inventory systems Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Commitment to regulatory compliance and patient safety Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree required
