Full-Time Primary Care Physician FTE: 1.0 Location: Multiple openings across Northern Virginia Position Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physicians to join our growing teams across Northern Virginia. We currently have several full-time openings and are looking for clinicians who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population - Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions - Perform routine physical exams, preventive health screenings, and wellness checks - Develop personalized treatment plans and provide health education to patients - Collaborate with specialists and coordinate patient care when needed - Light phone call coverage required for urgent issues or follow-ups - Work alongside a supportive medical team, including mid-level providers - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in the EMR system Minimum Requirements - MD or DO - Currently licensed or able to obtain a license in Virginia - Successful completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Experience with or willingness to learn the use of EPIC (EMR) We look forward to hearing from qualified candidates interested in joining us in a highly collegial environment where the patient is at the center of what we do.
