Duration: 13 weeks Schedule: Day 4X10 Shift: Days Weekly Gross:
$3,400/week Hourly Blended Pay Rate: $85/hour Required Skills &
Certifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy
Licensure: Active, unrestricted Texas RPH license Minimum 2 years
of hospital pharmacist experience (Pediatric experience preferred)
Sterile compounding training (40 hours, ACPE or ASHP accredited)
Skills: EPIC system proficiency, strong medication safety, and
