qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Baltimore, Maryland, 21201! Job

Description: This position requires weekend, holiday, and on-call
availability. The role involves alternating shifts of three 12-hour
days and three 12-hour nights. The PACU is a 12-bay unit providing
peri-anesthesia care specializing in traumatic injury management.
The unit operates year-round, providing vigilant pre and
post-operative care for patients undergoing both scheduled and
emergency surgeries. Nursing staff must demonstrate competency in
titration of vasopressors, airway management, care of ventilated
patients, blood product administration, and fluid resuscitation.
This unique team supports various surgical and procedural services
as well as patient overflow management. All nursing staff are
expected to float within the specialty and other units as
necessary. Participation in on-call shifts is required for this
role, involving shifts during both day and night. Candidates should
be comfortable with diverse patient care settings and procedures
