About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for
a skilled and creative Server to join a prestigious and private
members' club located in Washington, DC servicing UHNW clientele.
The club offers a refined dining experience to its distinguished
membership. This role is integral to the food and beverage team,
with a focus on delivering exceptional culinary offerings and
contributing to an elevated and memorable dining experience.
Position Overview Servers provide white-glove service ensuring each
member’s experience is personalized and seamless. They are
intuitive, discreet, and attentive to every detail of the dining
journey. Principal (Essential) Duties Deliver a sophisticated
dining experience, anticipating member needs with polish and
professionalism. Clearly communicate menu knowledge, including
ingredients, preparation, and wine pairings. Collaborate closely
with the culinary and bar teams to ensure smooth service. Handle
special requests and dietary restrictions with tact and care.
Maintain tables and dining areas to club standards. Qualifications
& Experience Minimum 2 years of service experience in luxury
hospitality. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining
etiquette. Impeccable grooming and presentation. Ability to
multitask while maintaining a composed demeanor. Why Join Us This
