Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dependable Night Auditor to manage the front desk overnight on weekends. You'll be the face of the hotel during the night shift — handling guest check-ins, balancing daily reports, and keeping things running smoothly until morning. What you'll do: - Check in and assist guests throughout the night with a friendly, professional attitude - Process end-of-day reports and reconcile front desk transactions - Post room charges and verify daily totals are accurate - Answer phones, handle reservations, and respond to guest requests - Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean and organized - Prepare breakfast buffet - Communicate any issues or incidents to the morning team What we're looking for: - Reliable and self-motivated — able to work independently overnight - Weekend overnight availability is required (Sat & Sun nights) - Basic computer skills and comfort with numbers - Strong customer service and communication skills - Hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred — not required, we will train What we offer: - $14.00 – $15.50 per hour based on experience - Part-time — weekend nights only (Sat & Sun) - Quiet overnight shift — great for students or 2nd job - Supportive team with on-the-job training available
