Our client, a leader in the science and technology sector, is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support their growing operations team in Sterling, VA! Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and maintaining project timelines and tracking key deliverables Support coordination efforts across multiple teams to help ensure project alignment Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on priorities and progress Help monitor the flow of materials and general task status Schedule internal meetings and coordinate related logistics Contribute to tracking project performance and identifying any potential issues Support general budget tracking and assist with reporting as needed Assist in compiling updates and sharing progress reports with internal stakeholders Flag possible risks or delays and provide general support in mitigating issues Required Skills & Qualifications: 2 years of experience in a project support, coordination, or administrative capacity Comfortable using project tracking tools and general office software Strong communication and organizational abilities Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic team environment Preferred: Background working in environments involving production, operations, or technical support Awareness of project tracking methodologies and performance metrics Position Information: Pays $28/hr, DOE. 6-month contract, with strong potential for extension. 100% on-site in Sterling, VA Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (40 hours/week) Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
