Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in providing comprehensive security solutions, is looking for a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team. In this role, the selected candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our security services, ensuring that all operations maintain high standards of safety and efficiency. The Operations Supervisor will play a key role in supporting our mission to safeguard homes, workplaces, and communities through proactive management and strategic oversight. Oversee the daily operations of the security staff, ensuring compliance with all company policies and client requirements. Conduct regular assessments of security measures and update protocols as necessary. Coordinate training programs for security personnel to enhance their knowledge and skills. Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance security effectiveness and efficiency. Liaise with law enforcement and emergency management officials to ensure coordinated efforts during incidents. Monitor the implementation of electronic security and safety systems to ensure proper functionality. Prepare and review reports on incident occurrences and provide recommendations for improvements. Manage scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times.
