70-85K, Hybrid Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Top AM 100 Law
firm seeking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to their team.
Responsibilities: Support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a
variety of roles across the firm. Partner with hiring managers and
internal teams to understand staffing needs. Assist with sourcing,
screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates. Maintain
accurate and up-to-date recruiting data and documentation.
Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Support onboarding and integration of new hires. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is required. 3 years of experience within a Law
Firm or Professional Services environment highly preferred. Ability
to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High
level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. To
