global security? The Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking an
accomplished All-Source Analyst (Production/Janus/Hard Target ) -
Senior to support the USCYBERCOM J2 mission, to provide advanced
analytic support across USCYBERCOM operations and defense
intelligence mission requirements. The analyst will leverage
intelligence and information derived from multiple sources to
assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national
security issues—both regional and functional in nature. This role
is essential to supporting collections, operations, investigations,
and specialized analytic requirements focused on hard targets and
the evolving cyber threat landscape. Join a team where your

Contract Status: Proposal Phase/Contingent Upon Award. Security
Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required. We are not
able to sponsor the clearance requirement. What you'll be doing:
Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple
sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a broad range
of national security issues and developments. P rovide all-source
analysis support, including research, evaluation, and deconfliction
of single-source classified reporting, technical intrusion
information, agency all-source finished intelligence, open-source
data, and other relevant inputs. Categorize and characterize cyber
threats and malware to identify trends, adversary behavioral
changes, and shifts in cyber threat activities. Adhere strictly to
Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and Defense
Intelligence Agency (DIA) all-source analytic tradecraft and
standards; ensure that written and oral intelligence products meet
ICD 203 requirements with only moderate to minimal corrections.
Establish and maintain effective communications with Intelligence
Community partners, USCYBERCOM service components, other combatant
commands, Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF), Department of
Homeland Security/NCSD, CERTS, and Information Assurance Centers to
facilitate joint analysis, knowledge sharing, and detection of
environmental changes. Maintain situational awareness of events
within US Government systems and internationally, as directed, to
identify relationships and implications relevant to the established
knowledge base. Document Operation Instructions (OIs) to support
command-wide programs and initiatives as required by the
Government. Satisfy DoD Directive 8570.01 IAT Level 1 or IAM Level
1 qualifications, either through Certificate of Completion or
equivalent verified work experience/coursework. Deliver all-source
analytic support for operational mission objectives, including
identifying cyber entities for further target development; enter
validated entity information into the Modernized Integrated Data
Base (MIDB) or SURGE (or follow-on mechanisms). Utilize a wide
variety of intelligence production tools and databases, such as
Tripwire Analytic Capability, Intellipedia, Palantir, MIDB, Cyber
Common Operating Picture (CyberCOP), Target Knowledge Base, Cyber
Threat Matrix, Automated Message Handling System, WISE Information
Management System, Network Knowledge Base, Foxtail, CENTAUR,
ispace, Pathfinder, and Microsoft OneNote. Provide all-source Joint
Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE)
support for offensive and defensive cyber operations (OCO/DCO),
including the production of cyber-related intelligence estimates
and related products, directly supporting Intelligence Planning
Teams (IPTs). Produce bulletins and briefs related to assigned
responsibilities, including changes in adversary tactics,
techniques, and procedures (TTPs), technical trends in cyber
threats targeting the Department of Defense Information Network
(DoDIN), and U.S. critical infrastructure/key resources (CI/KR).
Monitor threat activities and develop cyber indicators in support
of USCYBERCOM’s role in the Defense Warning Program. Support
cyber-related exercises by developing scenarios, serving as white
cell or in role-playing capacities, in alignment with current and
emerging threats. Respond expeditiously to J2 or other USCYBERCOM
staff requests for information and intelligence support. Assist in
the production, editing, publishing, and dissemination of clear,
concise, timely, and relevant cyber analytic products. Develop and
present intelligence briefings and slides, delivering in-depth
briefings to USCYBERCOM staff and leadership up to the General
Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) level. Provide meeting support, as
directed, for meetings conducted within USCYBERCOM or at other
government or cleared contract facilities. Occasional travel may be
required, though virtual participation is preferred whenever
feasible. Conduct research and analysis on selectors of interest
using Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) production tools and
capabilities; identify, develop, and characterize cyber threats by
exploiting SIGINT-derived information. Integrate closely with the
all-source analytic enterprise and leverage SIGINT tools and
databases to deliver actionable operational outcomes for
USCYBERCOM. Support Hard Target analytic initiatives, emphasizing
alignment with command priorities such as Space and Counterspace,
consistent with the latest Department of Defense and Presidential
directives. Needed Experience, Skills, and Education: Minimum 12
years of experience related to the specific labor category with at
least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Master’s
degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or
university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S.
Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the
labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency
recognized by the U.S Department of Education and an additional 5
years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a
substitute to the Master’s degree. Additional years of experience
may be considered in lieu of degree. Clearance Needed: Active DoD

Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD
classification guidelines and procedures. Demonstrates ability to

concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and
briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools
(e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), electronic / soft copy
matrices and / or web-enabled formats. Demonstrates ability to
communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized
manner both verbally and non-verbally; with strong grammar skills.
Demonstrates ability to develop structured research including, but
not limited to, obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining
information within security and data protocols. Demonstrates
ability to recognize nuances and resolve contradictions and
inconsistencies in information. Demonstrates comprehensive mission
knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental
training and experiences for the labor category. Demonstrates
ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on
information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic
disputes and conflict resolution. Demonstrates the ability to
communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete,
indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically
advanced. Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on
trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other
analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines. Demonstrates
ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.

comprehensive products for defense intelligence. Demonstrates
ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical
problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying

Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00 The Leidos pay range for this job
