Job Description:
Position Description: Are you ready to expand your core software
development skillset and gain hands-on experience with emerging
digital technologies, including cloud services and dashboard
development. CGI is seeking a senior technical resource to automate
the processes related to CGI's Momentum financial management and
procurement solution at a Government Agency and query and report on
the underlying database schemas. You will help our US Federal
clients improve operational efficiency, while expanding your own
skills in development of cutting edge automation solutions. This
position is located in Washington, DC. Your future duties and
responsibilities: . Design, develop, and test solutions to automate
processes, activities, and tasks through enhanced workflow
automation platforms. . Identify business reporting needs and
requirements in order to Design, develop, and test solutions to 4th
Generation language reports, forms, and dashboards. Be involved in
identifying ERP issues/solutions as well as write/test User
Validation scripts for the ERP products used by this government
agency. Investigate business process outcomes for performance,
accuracy, and effectiveness in order to influence enterprise
product development and customer specific solutions. Required
qualifications to be successful in this role: Due to the nature of
the government contract , US Citizenship is required. . Bachelors
Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related
fields. . Experience in Linux, SQL, Python, and either .NET/C# or
Java. . Past experience working as part of a collaborative team
that practices Agile and/or DevOps throughout the SDLC. .
Experience across the SDLC, including requirements, design,
development, testing, documentation, training, deployment,
operations, support and maintenance. . Must be an adaptable
self-starter and work with minimal supervision. Must be able to
juggle multiple projects and organize time effectively. . Ability
to work well with business unit SME's, Business Analysts, vendors,
and end users in cross-functional teams. . Track record of meeting
or exceeding client expectations, personal performance
expectations, and achieving project goals. . Strong communication
skills. Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: .
Experience with IBM Workload Automation, webMethods, webservices,
AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS for Oracle, EFS, CloudWatch), Gitlab, Jira .
Familiarity, certifications, and/or experience with BI/data
analytics techniques and tools . Experience with ERP and financial
solutions highly preferred. . Familiarity, certifications, and/or
experience with RPA software tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism,
Automation Anywhere) highly preferred. CGI is required by law in

compensation range for this role. The determination of this range
includes various factors not limited to skill set, level,
experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To
support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI
typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range
for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts
and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the
current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 -
