Job Title: Production Associate Location: Inwood, WV Pay Range: $16.50/hour Days or $17/ Hour Nights ( $1.50 more per hour with perfect attendance and safety adherence) Shift: 7am - 7:30pm (12-hour shifts) or 7pm -7:30am (12 hr Shift Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization. What's the Job? Maintain smooth operation of production lines by managing product flow and materials Unload and transport products to designated areas efficiently Prepare materials to support continuous production activities Assemble and break down boxes for various production needs Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld throughout the shift What's Needed? Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds safely Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in production Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Physical strength and stamina to perform manual tasks What's in it for me?
