Our client, a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies, is seeking a Production Supervisor - 3rd shift to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Supervisor - 3rd shift Location: Pottstown, PA Pay Range: $29.25/hour Shift: 3rd shift What's the Job? Oversee, provide leadership, and coordinate activities for production within the plant to ensure quality and productivity targets are attained. Supervise all employees in your department and manage the flow of production. Encourage teamwork within the lines and across all shifts. Monitor shop floor safety and train team members on operations and safety requirements. Actively participate in all aspects of quality control as it relates to daily production. What's Needed? High School diploma required; college degree or some college preferred. 3 years manufacturing or assembly experience; supervisory experience preferred. Solution-oriented with the ability to investigate and analyze data for problem-solving. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Basic mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Flexibility to work any shift and weekends as needed What's in it for me?
