You will have the opportunity to work with a high energy,
multi-tasking team that designs and manufactures state of the art
electronics directly supporting mission-critical products.
You should be a self-starter, comfortable with taking on new
tasks and providing direction to a fast-paced team and work
+ Responsible for efficient, on-time and within budget,
production of electronic assemblies.
+ Lead production efforts of a team to include
electro-mechanical assemblers, cable assemblers, inventory and
kitting, machinists, and metal fabrication personnel.
+ Direct day-to-day manufacturing activities pertaining to
schedule, resource allocation, overall production oversight, set
+ Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to and written,
instituted where needed.
+ Responsible for managing priorities, and people including work
+ Responsible for hiring and determining resources required for
+ Responsible for Budget management.
+ Responsible for Personnel management including timesheet
+ Responsible for work order status reporting to Program
+ Maintain required reports.
+ Responsible for estimating production costs.
+ Will interface with Test Team, Quality Assurance and other
+ Responsible for employee training.
+ Responsible for adherence to health and safety procedures.
+ Monitor quality standards of products.
**Here's What You'll Need:**
+ Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing
processes and techniques.
+ Electro-mechanical experience to include electronics
+ Metal fabrication insight and understanding.
+ Microsoft Project experience and understanding of resource
allocation to meet schedules.
+ Experience in managing people.
+ Knowledge of process improvement techniques.
+ Knowledge of business, finance, and management principles.
+ Teamwork, proven leader.
