WinnCompanies is looking for a Business Analytics Reporting Analyst to join our Corporate office in Boston, MA.In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, modeling, and managing qualitative and quantitative data. Develop methods to report on performance metrics, measures, indicators, and exceptions using Business Intelligence platforms and other solutions as required. Gather, extract, manipulate, analyze, and model data using analytical and statistical tools. Analyze data and interface with project site team members and members of the Corporate team to provide information for decision-making, exception management, and process improvement.Please note that this is a hybrid position with the following work schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM, with 4 days in the office and one remote day.Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing business reports on key 40 performance indicators, metrics, measures, and exceptions. Provide accurate interpretation of data, applying knowledge to evaluation, analysis, and interpretation of data. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and produce ongoing reports using Business Intelligence platforms and other data analytics tools.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems. Technical experience preferred in programming with Excel, SQL, PowerBI.
• Perform data mining and analysis for ad hoc projects.
• Present data analysis and trends to internal stakeholders.
• Support the development of automated reporting tools, with knowledge of queries, reporting writing, and analysis.Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in data collection, analysis, and management.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Sound judgment and reasoning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of queries, reporting, and analysis.
• Familiarity with the ETL process.
• Exceptional skills in technology for maintaining spreadsheets and databases.
• Technical experience in Excel required.Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI), RealPage BIX, Yardi Systems, SQL, JSON.
