The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior consultants, modernization champions, and client stakeholders to produce high-quality deliverables that guide leadership decision-making and enable a streamlined, data-informed IT service delivery model.Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative, management, and technical leadership to complete contracts or tasks that contribute to effective cost, schedule, and overall performance.
• Demonstrate knowledge in program/project lifecycles with analytical skills and specialized qualifications.
• Support the development of current state assessments by identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and skill gaps within the OCIO.
• Analyze workforce trends and benchmarks from peer federal agencies to inform redesign recommendations.
• Assist in mapping functional responsibilities and workforce capacity to organizational goals and performance metrics.
• Contribute to the development of implementation plans, including sequencing of workforce changes, transition timelines, and training needs.Job Requirements

• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum Required Relevant Experience: 8 years of related experience working in the federal government
• Must be a US citizen
• Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance
• Expertise in areas such as Strategic Planning, Computer Systems, Cost Estimating, Functional Analysis, Operations Research, Program or Project Analysis, Research Science, Systems Simulation, and Information TechnologyPreferred: experience in IT Data Analysis or Workforce Data Analytics.
