Job Description:

Under limited supervision, provides support for the planning and business development activities of Interim Healthcare Maryland, including the development, implementation, and maintenance of a strategic planning process for the future of Interim HealthCare of Severn Maryland. Plans and develops business plans and analyses consistent with organizational strategic goals and annual operating goals-Responsibilities

  • Development, implementation, and maintenance of a strategic planning process for Interim Healthcare Maryland.Qualifications
    • 3-5 years of planning or equivalent related experience in health care idustry required.
    • Project management and strong analytical and research skills required.
    • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with the use of Access, Excel, WordPerfect, PowerPoint, or other spreadsheet and graphics software applications required.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology, elementary accounting and/or statistics and demographic information required.
    • General familiarity with ICD-9-CM, DRG, APR-DRG and CPT-4 coding is required.
    • Possession of valid driving license as the role requires the suitable applicant to spend up to 80% of the time travelling.
