Job Description:
Vantor, Inc., a pioneer in AI-driven solutions, data analytics,
and cloud services, is seeking a Director of Army Sales & Mission
Engagement to lead our sales initiatives within the defense and
aerospace sector. This strategic position focuses on expanding
Vantors footprint in military sales, particularly through
cultivating relationships with Army clients and understanding their
mission-critical needs. The ideal candidate will be integral in
aligning our advanced IT capabilities with the operational
requirements and objectives of the Army, ensuring that Vantor
continues to set standards in supporting defense readiness and
digital modernization. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to
meet or exceed growth and revenue targets within the Army sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key Army stakeholders,
decision-makers, and influencers to understand and support their
mission objectives. Collaborate with product and engineering teams
to tailor Vantor’s offerings to meet specific Army requirements and
missions. Oversee the gathering and analysis of market intelligence
to continuously refine sales strategies and product development.
Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team focused on the defense
sector to ensure a high-performing and knowledgeable workforce.
Ensure compliance with all federal procurement regulations and
standards associated with defense contracts. Strong ability to
relate to military culture and protocols. Proficient in strategic
planning, market analysis, and sales strategy execution. Robust
knowledge of defense contracting processes and federal procurement
policies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills. 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
desirable. Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks beneficial.
Extensive training in sales management and military operations is a
plus.
