Job Description:

energy solutions nationwide. We are currently seeking a skilled
Supervisor Laboratory Calibration to oversee our laboratory
calibration operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the
precision and accuracy of our measurements and instruments, which
support our service commitments in energy production, management,
and distribution. The supervisor will manage daily operations in
our lab, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and will
strive to enhance our calibration methodologies and processes to
align with our mission of innovation and sustainability. Oversee
the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring all calibration
tasks are completed to the highest standards. Develop and implement
standard operating procedures for calibration and regular
maintenance of laboratory equipment. Train and supervise laboratory
personnel, promoting adherence to industry standards and continuous
professional development. Collaborate with engineering and quality
assurance teams to ensure instruments are calibrated according to
required specifications. Manage documentation and certification
processes related to calibration and testing procedures. Assist in
the budgeting and procurement of new laboratory equipment and
supplies. Regularly review and update calibration methods to
embrace new technologies and improve efficiency. Strong leadership
and personnel management skills. Proficient in using calibration
instruments and understanding technical specifications. Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to
troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues related to
equipment calibration. Proficiency in regulatory compliance and
quality control standards. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) by ASQ
(American Society for Quality) preferred. Familiarity with ISO/IEC
17025 standards is beneficial.
