We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part Time Behavioral Support Counselor to join our team. This role involves providing critical support and counseling interventions to our clients who experience behavioral challenges, enabling them to lead fuller, more productive lives. Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans. Provide direct behavioral support services to clients as per the intervention plans. Collaborate with family members and other support teams to facilitate effective support strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and client files, adhering to compliance and confidentiality requirements. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service enhancement strategies. Attend professional development sessions and continuously seek to enhance skills relevant to the role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage crisis situations effectively Proficiency in behavioral assessment tools Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills Medical Insurance 401k Certification in Behavioral Analysis (Preferred but not mandatory) CPR and First Aid certification
