Job Description Job Description Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Temporary Material Support Associate to join their team. As a Material Support, you will be part of the Production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Temporary Material Support Location: Alexandria, MN Pay Range: $20/hour Shift: B Shift (Monday-Wednesday, 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM; Thursday, 6:30 PM - 12:30 AM) OR C Shift (Thursday, 12:30 PM- 6:30 PM, Friday-Sunday, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM What's the Job? Set up and operate equipment safely and efficiently to maximize output Accurately fulfill customer orders by reviewing manufacturing specifications Perform inspections of aluminum extrusion orders prior to entering the aging oven Ensure all quality practices are followed and monitor process changes for packing and rates Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to lift up to 40lbs 1 years of manufacturing experience preferred Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to recognize safety concerns and utilize inspection equipment properly Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team What's in it for me?
